Returns: A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs (which vary by product) will apply for all returns. If you are replacing the product, we may assist with some of the costs depending on the product.

Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. All returns must be unopened and unused, and additional restocking fees may apply.

Damages:
Upon delivery, inspect the packaging of your item(s). If you notice any damage, note it when signing for delivery. In case of damage, please send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description, to support@luxevanitytub.com within 48 hours. This allows us to process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Warranty:
Warranties vary by manufacturer. Please refer to individual product pages for specific warranty details. Warranty claims are for damages that occur over time from use. Damages not reported within 30 days of arrival do not qualify for warranty claims.
Chargebacks:
We strive to resolve any issues promptly and fairly. Filing a fraudulent chargeback will be considered theft and will be handled accordingly.
