Order Verification and Confirmation:

To ensure a smooth process, customers must provide a valid email address during checkout. All orders undergo verification and approval. Upon approval, customers will receive an email confirmation from our secure payment server. Subsequently, upon shipment, customers will receive an email confirmation containing pertinent tracking number(s) and shipping carrier contact information.

Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Cancellation and Changes: If you need to request a cancellation or make any changes to your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible by telephone at (814)752-5099 or via email at support@luxevanitytub.comOur customer support hours are Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST. Please note that once an order has been sent to our warehouse, we cannot guarantee cancellation or changes as we are working quickly to get your order to you.

Shipping Destinations: We ship to locations within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Free Shipping: We offer free ground shipping for all orders within the contiguous United States.

    Shipping and Delivery Estimates: Stated shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and can be affected by several factors, including the chosen shipping method, carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

    Damaged package

    If your package arrives damaged, please immediately take a photo as evidence of the package and its contents. Then send it to support@luxevanitytub.com along with your order number so that our customer support team can find a solution for you. 

    Delayed orders

    If the maximum time for processing and shipping the order has expired and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. Please allow up to 2 additional days and remember to use your tracking code. If your package has still not arrived by then, please contact us with your order number.
